We are looking forward to a fun day for all locations in the community with various kinds of outdoor games. There will be both an activity where you get your heart rate up – and activities where you can participate with a glass of wine, a beer or a soda in your hand at the same time 🍷😉 All just for fun – and a tiny bit of competition 🏆

THIS YEAR IS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT!

• This year there are 3 activities with tournaments – including tournament plans and trophies 🏆
  ➡️ volleyball,
  ➡️ kubb (kongespil) and
  ➡️ petanque
• In addition, there are various activities “just” for fun – without tournament plans and without trophies – that is, you want to be a part of the event but mostly for cosyness 😎
  ➡️ “judge-yourself-bean bag/cornhole” (“døm-selv-ærteposespil”),
  ➡️ “judge-yourself-kubb” (“døm-selv-kongespil”) and
  ➡️ “judge-yourself-petanque” (“døm-selv-petanque”)

The afternoon activities is held on the grass area 2 minutes walk from Symbion.
The BBQ Dinner & Party with party tent and free bar is held at Symbion’s car park.

When signing up you only have to choose activity, if you want to be a part of the tournaments including tournament plans and trophies (as there are a limited number of seats for this).

If you want to be part of the event without tournament plans and without trophies (“cosy participation”), you don’t have to choose activity when signing up – however you still have to sign up so we know how many beverages etc. to bring. 

👫👫 TEAM: If you wish to sign up a team for the tournaments with trophies, please ask your team leader to fill in the form.

🧍 SINGLE PLAYER: If you wish to sign up as a single player for the tournaments with trophies, we will team you up! Just sign up for the activity you wish to join and on next page you will get the possibility to choose “single player”.

😎 “COSY PARTICIPATION”: If you wish to sign up for the activities without tournaments and without trophies, please choose “cosy participation” when signing up.

Team sizes are as follow:

• Volleyball: 6 players  + up to 3 substitutes 🏆
• Kubb (kongespil): 3-6 players 🏆
• Petanque: 2-3 players 🏆
• There are no set team sizes for “cosy participation” 😎

Deadline for signing up:
Deadline for signing up is 24 May, however there are a limited number of seats (both for the sports and ‘hygge’ activities and for the BBQ Dinner & Party) – so first come, first served.
Your registration is binding from and including 24 May 2024.
