Professor Meldal will give a lecture on his groundbreaking work on what’s known as ‘click chemistry’, a chemical reaction that has made it possible to ‘glue’ molecules together. The method is a very useful tool, particularly in the field of pharmaceuticals research. At the event you will also have the chance to hear how the click chemistry is being used today in two case presentations.
