Learn from others – the architectural tradeoffs of complex system design. Share why the chosen architectural decisions was the best option and why other options was discarded.
Timeboxed one-hour session about system architecture. The presenter will share his/her solution architecture, and you will be able to ask questions and discuss alternative solutions.
This will be learning sessions for all, juniors as well as old farts. Ask any questions and let everyone participate. Remember don’t be hash, there are no dumb questions!
The first round of “Show me your Architecture” is with Københavns Kommune and Odense Universitets Hospital projects. Do you want to share your solutions architecture and hopefully be inspired how to improve?
Physical and virtual access control at Odense Universitets Hospital

Københavns Kommune – PUMA platform
Eksponent has been workin on the PUMA platform (Platform til Understøttelse af Mobile Arbejdsgange) for Københavns Kommune the last couple of years.
PUMA is a way to address needs and create value very close to the domain and this is achieved using smaller services, serving specific user needs within bounded contexts.
Some key challenges are reusability vs specific needs, high granularity vs maintainability, growing platform vs sustainable pace, flexibility vs developer usability and stability vs high speed. Technology stack is .NET backend, Angular (2), Identity Server 4 and RavenDB. Component reuse through Nuget and NPM. Mostly on Azure. Everything served with Continuous Delivery.
Christian Dalager @Dalager is a Developer/Architect/Scrum Master/Process person at Eksponent.com and has been working in the .NET space since 2004.
