In connection with the conference Nordic Contract Management, the Symbion Community is invited to hear Nils Svanberg, Former business executive ConocoPhillips talk about: Relational Contracting & the bigger picture of value creation and sustainable trading relationships.
About the Topic: Relational contracting is the means to establish a more collaborative approach to trading relationships. For many SME’s as well as larger corporations the new and more volatile marketplace calls for a much more integrated approach between organizations. Nils will share his experience and approach on how to make this work.
The talk will take place in the Event Café and members of the Community just show up.
