Co-Lab Copenhagen’s only open science space want’s to welcome you to explore the amazing world of fermenting.
In this 4 week course group we will explore fermenting in various forms from yoghurts, yeasts and drinks all the way down to creating a working group based around fermentation.
Come and learn how to brew your own beer, make your own vegan yoghurt and super good microbiome kimchi. We have everything needed inside our community lab and we’ve teamed up with our professional kitchen space next door in Symbion to make sure that you get an experience that stands out!
Co-lab is Copenhagen’s open lab, we enable open science to happen by using a fully equipped lab along with hosting workshops were you can explore more about science, sustainability and all things fun! No background needed and we welcome everyone. So come and join us for 4 weeks of making, creating and eating.
